In 2005 I completed my VTCT qualification in Massage Therapy at Suffolk College and went onto pursue further training in Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Treatments and Myofascial Release.
I later started incorporating Energy Balancing and Sound Healing into treatments where clients wanted to move deeper into their own healing processes. This led me to develop Body Sense so clients could experience full spectrum holistic treatments that encompass wider aspects of the human energy field.
