Knots-Therapy is run by experienced, local therapist Charlie Mackinlay.
Focusing primarily on holistic massage to provide relaxation, relief from tired aching muscles, tension and stress; partly caused by today’s fast-paced lifestyles. I qualified as a professional massage therapist in 2006 and set up Knots-Therapy in March 2011. I believe that good health and well-being are an important part of everyday life. I embarked on my own personal journey, which inspired me to heal and help people. I have travelled extensively, which has given me an insight into different cultures and ways of holistically treating ailments, which I feel has inspired me in my work and the practices that I use. It is for everyone who wants to cross the great divide from stress to tranquillity.
REFLEXOLOGY
A wonderful treatment for the foot and lower leg, partially using a special stick to stimulate the reflex points on the feet which correspond to the internal organs of the body. Thai Foot Massage stimulates these points to promote general health and well-being.
